Confidential employer in Mallorca is seeking two qualified 1st Class Machinery Operators to join building and earthmoving projects in Ses Salines. This full-time role offers daytime hours and long-term employment on the island with a permanent contract.

Requirements include at least 24 months of proven experience operating heavy machinery, trenching, site clearance and terrain leveling. A valid track record on active job sites and a practical, safety‑m first attitude are essential.

Formación

• Minimum of 24 months of proven working experience as a heavy machinery operator in construction or earthmoving.
• No specific academic qualification required; practical competence and field experience matter most.
• Demonstrated capability in trench excavations, site clearance, and terrain leveling.

Responsabilidades

• Execute excavation tasks, including digging trenches and channels per site plans.
• Level soil and terrain accurately to prepare foundations and working surfaces.
• Clear construction sites and remove debris using heavy machinery.
• Operate heavy machinery safely, precisely, and responsively at all times.
• Coordinate basic machine handling to maintain a smooth workflow on site.
