Responsibilities

• Support the Service Commercial team with operational tasks.
• Prepare customer activity reports for internal use.
• Assist with Net Promoter Score (NPS) activities.
• Support commercial proposals and tender-related activities.
• Analyze service data and generate customer-facing reports.
• Collaborate with Service Commercial Team, Service Delivery Managers, and Field Service Engineers.
