Philips in Madrid offers a Supply Chain Demand Support Intern role. The internship supports the Supply Chain Team in monitoring equipment delivery, inventory, and forecast management, with tasks to extract, compare, and analyze the orderbook for deviations.

You will alert stakeholders, identify unassigned dates and escalate, and help design a Power BI dashboard for local KPIs. The 6‑month remunerated internship requires university convenio de practicas, with 30–35 hours per week in the morning

Qualifications

• Enrolled in bachelor or master in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Commit to 30–35 hours per week in morning schedule.
• Able to analyze data and draw conclusions.
• Preferably experienced with MS Excel and Power BI.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proactive attitude and quick learner.
• Enjoys establishing new connections and teamwork.
• Problem solver.

Responsabilités

• Monitor equipment delivery, inventory and forecast management.
• Extract, compare and analyze orderbook for delivery date deviations.
• Alert stakeholders and escalate unassigned delivery dates.
• Analyze inventory for aging items and advise actions.
• Design a Power BI dashboard for local KPI monitoring.
