Dexcom seeks a Commercial Reporting and Insights Analyst – Healthcare to join the Barcelona team. You will build standardized EMEA dashboards, translate reporting needs into practical solutions, and support KPI standardization across regions.

You’ll collaborate with Commercial Excellence, Analytics, Sales Operations, Finance, and Marketing to deliver timely insights, monitor trends, and ensure data integrity in a regulated, global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial analytics or related analytical roles.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and recurring reports.
• Strong understanding of reporting concepts, metrics, filters, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve standardized EMEA dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with Commercial Excellence, Analytics, Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, and country teams.
• Monitor trends and exceptions to surface material performance changes.
• Validate reporting outputs and coordinate resolution with data owners.
• Create clear summaries and visualizations to explain changes and impact.
