• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical clinical drug development.
• Proven experience leading global teams in a complex matrix.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Ability to drive vendor strategy aligned to DU priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead DU-aligned Vendor Program Strategy Directors and community leads to deliver DU Vendor portfolio, program, and clinical trial objectives.
• Own the DU-level vendor strategy and oversee its execution across programs.
• Build high-performing teams and foster accountability, inclusion, collaboration, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Assess DU portfolio health and evolve vendor strategies across programs, applying lessons learned and insights.
• Represent Vendor Partnerships & Governance to DU leadership and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Global Clinical Operations and Development to align priorities.
