IGTalents in Barcelona/remote is seeking a Head of Technology to lead a new B2B game provider. You will work directly with the CEO, contribute to architecture, and build the engineering organization from the ground up, while guiding technology strategy across cloud, game development, and operations.

This role offers autonomy, equity potential, and international collaboration as you drive delivery processes and the product roadmap from day one.

Formación

• Must have hands-on leadership in a B2B slot game provider.
• Strong technical background with deep expertise in either AWS/cloud or game development.
• Proven hands-on coding experience in production environments.
• Experience managing or contributing to engineering teams in a B2B slot provider.
• Experience building scalable engineering processes and improving delivery performance.
• Familiarity with proprietary game platforms, RGS, and operator integrations.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English for daily international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the company's technology strategy with the CEO.
• Be hands-on in architecture, technical decisions, and coding in the early build phase.
• Build and scale the engineering organization, including hiring and mentoring leaders.
• Improve delivery processes, release predictability, and productivity using Jira.
• Lead architecture decisions for the proprietary RGS platform and game production framework.
• Drive quality through test automation, release processes, monitoring, and observability.
• Manage operator integrations, vendors, and outsourced development teams.
• Introduce scalable engineering standards and AI-assisted development practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Commercial, Legal, and Finance teams.
