IGT PlayDigital is seeking a seasoned Game Math Manager to lead our math team across multiple projects and drive the creation of game mechanics that elevate player experiences. Based in a hybrid setup with the Warsaw studio, you will oversee math models, performance targets, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams, plan development across projects, and align with global standards.

• 5-7 years of experience in game mathematics or related roles, with leadership experience.

Overview
