IGT PlayDigital in Barcelona, Spain is seeking a seasoned Game Math Manager to lead the math team across our PlayDigital studios. You will drive the design and implementation of game math models, balancing performance and regulatory requirements while aligning with product and market needs.

Based in a hybrid setup connected to the Barcelona office, you will collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams, plan multi-project math development, and ensure consistent global math standards

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in game mathematics or related roles, with leadership experience.
• Experience in iGaming and understanding of game performance drivers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver successful game math models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of game mathematicians.
• Oversee design and implementation of game math models and mechanics.
