Job summary

TrendAI™, the global AI security leader and enterprise unit of Trend Micro, is building a bold European Technical Partner Management function. As Head of Technical Partner Management for South-Eastern Europe, you will own the regional P&L impact and lead a team across multiple countries, driving partner growth and measurable revenue.

You’ll define the operating model, coach your team, collaborate with Channel and Sales leadership, and ensure Europe-wide consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical partner management, channel engineering, solution architecture, or equivalent leadership.
• Experience managing distributed, multi-region teams with cross-border collaboration.
• Fluent English required and evident stakeholder communication skills.
• Direct people management experience with coaching and performance reviews.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (Endpoint, Cloud, Network, SIEM, threat intel).
• Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own the South-Eastern partner engagement operating model end-to-end from onboarding through renewal.
• Drive team performance through development plans, performance management, and career growth conversations.
• Identify performance gaps and close them via coaching, enablement, and structured feedback.
• Balance regional allocations with cross-regional initiatives to maximize coverage.
• Lead executive engagements and ensure partner satisfaction and renewal readiness as outcomes.
• Collaborate with Channel, Services, Solutions and Product leadership for aligned strategy and revenue targets.
• Represent the region in Technical Partner Management governance and planning forums.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and scaling of the team; drive capability development.
