TrendAI, the global AI security leader, seeks a Head of Technical Partner Management for South-Eastern Europe. You will own the regional P&L impact and lead a team covering France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Central & Eastern Europe.

You will set vision, define operating models, coach the team, and collaborate with executive leadership to drive revenue growth through strategic partner engagement.

Formación

• 5+ years in technical partner management, channel engineering, solution architecture, or equivalent leadership.
• Direct people-management experience with distributed teams across regions.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and partner ecosystems.
• Experience across France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy or Central/ Eastern Europe.
• Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian.

Responsabilidades

• Own the South-Eastern partner engagement model end-to-end, from onboarding through renewal.
• Lead a high-performing team of Technical Partner Managers across multiple countries.
• Coordinate with Channel and Sales leadership to align strategy and revenue targets.
• Drive measurable partner adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
