Ethos is seeking a visionary Head of Public Relations to lead strategic communications for a major Media and Public Relations client. This fully remote role offers the freedom to shape PR strategies from anywhere while guiding a distributed team.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in PR leadership, a track record of crisis management, media relations, and reputation stewardship, and the ability to advise C-suite executives.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in public relations with leadership experience.
• Proven track record of developing and executing PR strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the PR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee all media relations activities, including proactive outreach and reactive crisis management.
• Manage the company's reputation and brand image across all communication channels.
• Develop and manage relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Create and approve press materials, statements, and key messaging.
• Plan and execute communication strategies for product launches, corporate announcements, and special initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze PR campaign performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Advise senior leadership on PR matters and potential communication risks.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the company remains at the forefront of communication best practices.
