Click&Boat is seeking a Head of Product to own product across our core business as the VP Product shifts focus toward the US expansion. You will lead four Senior Product Managers, guiding strategy, decisions, and cross‑team alignment to ensure delivery of high‑impact initiatives.

You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team, own the product direction, and bring a hands‑on, business‑oriented approach to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Significant product experience in a mature product organization.
• Experience managing Senior PMs across multiple squads.

Responsabilités

• Lead four Senior Product Managers and their squads.
• Own product direction for Click&Boat’s core business.
• Collaborate with the VP Product and senior leadership on priorities.
• Drive decision-making and focus on high-impact problems.
