Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Growth Analytics Sr analyst to own data infrastructure and drive data-driven growth across our marketing and product teams. You’ll build and maintain pipelines, define core metrics, and enable fast, trusted decision making.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a STEM field.
• 3–5 years in Data Analysis/Analytics/BI in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on with modern data stacks (dbt, cloud warehouses).
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards (Metabase/Looker/Tableau).
• Hands-on use of AI tools to automate analytics workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Data Infrastructure & Reporting: Own data pipelines and dashboards powering the team's reporting.
• Business Analytics & Experimentation: Design and run experiments; surface growth opportunities.
