Finom is seeking a Principal/Lead PM to shape AI-native product experiences across our platform. You’ll write the playbook, partner with AI engineers, and translate capabilities into concrete roadmaps.

You will prototype relentlessly, find scrappy paths when the obvious option is blocked, and balance rapid experimentation with the fintech rigor that governs our regulated money domain. You’ll defend commercial value with clear metrics.

Formación

• Proven PM experience at Principal/Lead level.
• Experience with AI/ML‑powered products.
• Ability to discuss model capabilities with AI engineers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with track record delivering in ambiguity.
• Strong systems thinking linking strategy to implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Set the vision and roadmap for AI‑native product experiences across the platform — you're writing the playbook, not following one
• Work day‑to‑day alongside AI engineers as a technical peer — you understand model capability and constraints well enough to make real trade‑off calls
• Prototype relentlessly — you'd rather ship a rough version and learn than spend three weeks speccing the perfect one
• Find creative, scrappy paths to outcomes when the obvious path is blocked — resourcefulness is a core part of this role
• Balance experimentation speed with fintech rigor — this is regulated money, and move fast doesn't mean move sloppy
• Make the commercial case for what you build, grounded in metrics you can defend
