Finom is expanding its AI team across Europe, seeking an experienced analyst/data scientist to own eval loops and quality metrics. You will collaborate with AI engineers, product, and domain experts to turn data into actionable decisions that improve products and user outcomes.

The role emphasizes end‑to‑end analyses using Python/SQL, strong statistics, and the ability to translate numbers into meaningful business insights in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in analyst / data scientist roles, at least one in a product context.
• Solid foundation in statistics — sampling, hypothesis testing, variance.
• Analytical mindset—start from the business question, not the tool.
• Fluent with Python and SQL for end‑to‑end analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Own and extend offline eval suite across products — datasets, judges, metrics.
• Build and maintain online quality dashboards: resolution rate, CSAT, latency.
• Close the production feedback loop: mine failure patterns from real traffic and propose fixes.
• Harden methodology: judge stability, non-determinism handling.
• Translate numbers into decisions – weekly syncs, clear trade-offs.
