Job summary

• Apply zero-based redesign to challenge legacy assumptions and reimagine processes around outcomes.
• Shape AI-enabled future-state processes and operating models by identifying simplifications and automations.
• Translate data and process insight into action by diagnosing bottlenecks and adoption barriers.
• Build transformation cases with clear statements, outcomes, and value realization.
• Facilitate high-impact working sessions with cross-functional teams and leaders.
• Partner with process owners, business leaders, technology teams, and change leads to implement redesigned processes.
• Establish outcome measures and track value realization, ensuring improvements in speed and quality.
• Strengthen organizational capability through coaching in process excellence and continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted transformation partner to challenge the status quo.
