Keyrock, a remote-first fintech, seeks a Head of Risk to own and evolve the firm’s risk function across trading, treasury and investments. You will implement advanced risk metrics and drive a unified risk architecture in collaboration with the COO and CIO.

The role demands strong quantitative expertise, cross-functional leadership, and experience bridging TradFi with crypto risk practices in a 24/7 market environment.

Formación

• Strong foundation in quantitative risk management including market, credit and liquidity risk modelling.
• Experience designing or co-designing firm-wide risk systems with tech and operations teams.
• Ability to translate risk concepts to crypto-native environments across CeFi and DeFi.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a quantitative risk framework grounded in modern risk theory.
• Co-design and implement the firm-wide risk management system with the COO and CIO.
• Build an integrated risk view across centralized and decentralized venues.
• Define and implement advanced risk metrics (VaR, ES) and their application.
• Translate traditional risk methodologies to crypto-native contexts.
