Job summary

Sanofi in Barcelona seeks a Lead, New Product Planning Forecasting to analyze internal and external pipeline assets and quantify commercial value. You will collaborate with leaders to shape forecasting, market access, and portfolio strategy while guiding senior management with data-driven insights.

Based in Barcelona, you will manage forecast models, develop strategic analyses, and present findings to executives to drive pipeline decisions and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, MD, PhD) preferred.
• 7+ years or relevant experience in pharmaceutical/ biotech role in Commercial Assessment/forecasting with BA/BS or 2 to 4 years in Biopharma or life science consulting with a medical/scientific advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient-based forecasts projecting units and revenue for early Phase3, Phase2 and earlier stage products.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership, NPP, finance and BD to assess opportunities and value to Sanofi.
• Lead strategic portfolio reviews with scenario-based analyses to aid business decisions for pipeline assets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop information and analytic toolbox for revenue projections.
• Contribute to target product profile development and assess market access and pricing.
• Synthesize market research and competitive data into insights for commercial assessments and forecasting.
• Produce executive-level presentations with data-driven analyses.
• Partner with the Hub on forecasting projects and fulfill business needs using Insights & Analytics tools.
