Appodeal is seeking a Head of Product Development to lead our mobile games portfolio, including WordMaker, Solitaire, and Brick Blast. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and bets while guiding a team of product owners, Unity and backend engineers, QA and design.

AI-native leadership is essential, as you will use AI to accelerate work and decision-making. You will partner with monetization, UA, data and R&D to ground portfolio choices in eProfit, maintain a high delivery bar, and drive growth

Formación

• 8+ years in mobile games or mobile product with senior leadership.
• Proven track record growing casual mobile games.
• Deep understanding of casual game growth, LiveOps, economy, and monetization.
• Strong craft: roadmaps, PRDs, prioritization and metric-driven decisions.
• AI-native; demonstrated use of AI to speed up work.
• Leadership by proximity; led small, high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve portfolio strategy grounded in eProfit outcomes.
• Build and own the roadmap; decide improvements and order.
• Own product hypotheses and write PRDs for top bets.
• Drive retention, engagement and monetization via LiveOps, meta and economy.
• Run experiments and A/B tests; translate results into decisions.
• Stay in data daily: monitor retention, ARPU, ARPDAU and tests.
