Job summary

B. Braun in Spain seeks a Hospital Care Division Director to lead overall sales, marketing and business development for the Hospital Care Division. You will steer strategic plans, manage executive-level engagements, and drive growth across the infusion, nutrition and pain therapy portfolio.

The role requires 8–10 years in sales leadership within medical devices, international exposure, and a strong record of building high-performing teams. Willingness to relocate to Barcelona is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• Postgraduate executive education (MBA, PDD, or equivalent) is a strong asset.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; willingness to relocate to Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute sales and marketing strategy for Hospital Care Division; drive growth and market success.
• Lead development and expansion of Industrial Sales activities; identify strategic opportunities and partnerships.
• Own the Division's P&L; achieve short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.
• Set divisional objectives aligned with Group priorities; translate into commercial plans.
• Lead sales, marketing, and business development; ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
• Design and optimize the commercial organization and go-to-market model.
