Job summary

B. Braun Medical, S.A. U. in Spain seeks a senior commercial leader to drive the Hospital Care Division's strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You will lead B2B expansion, manage P&L, and align divisional goals with group priorities.

You will build high-performing teams, engage with key accounts, and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth in infusion, nutrition, and pain therapy portfolios.

Qualifications

• Native-level Spanish and fluent English.
• 8–10 years in sales, preferably medical devices/hospital market.
• Minimum 5 years in leading commercial teams.
• International exposure and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of public procurement for medical devices in Spain.
• Willingness to relocate to Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute sales and marketing strategy for Hospital Care Division.
• Develop and expand B2B Industrial Sales, partnerships, opportunities.
• Own the Division’s P&L and financial objectives.
• Set divisional objectives aligned with Group priorities.
• Lead sales, marketing and business development activities.
• Design and optimize the go-to-market model.
• Build and develop high-performing teams.
• Represent senior commercial interests with key accounts.
• Develop relations with KOLs, societies and institutions.
• Collaborate with regional/global stakeholders to align strategy.
