Yacht Crew Recruitment & Training (YCRT) is seeking an experienced Head of Guest Experience to lead the luxury hospitality operation for an ultra‑luxury private estate in the Caribbean, delivering discreet, highly personalised experiences for principals and their guests.

This senior, hands‑on leadership role oversees the guest experience team and takes full responsibility for the food and beverage offering—from pre‑arrival planning to on‑site delivery—ensuring service standards, menus and events

Formación

• Experience in luxury hospitality, private estates or superyachts.
• Strong F&B leadership with guest-facing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire the Experience team, setting exceptional service standards.
• Take ownership of all food & beverage experiences, including dining, bar service and special events.
• Develop new dining concepts and beverage programmes to elevate guest experiences.
• Train and mentor the team on service standards, wine knowledge and guest engagement.
• Oversee pre-arrival planning, menus, dietary requirements and guest preferences.
• Manage beverage inventory, stock takes and ordering.
• Coordinate decor, entertainment and all event-related food & beverage requirements.
• Lead evening operations with a visible, hands-on management style.
• Maintain SOPs, service standards and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure seamless guest experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an exclusive ultra-luxury private estate in the Caribbean, dedicated to delivering exceptional, discreet and highly personalised experiences for principals and their guests.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Guest Experience to lead the guest-facing hospitality operation.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong food & beverage background who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee the guest experience team and take full responsibility for the food and beverage offering, from pre-arrival planning through to on-site delivery, ensuring service standards, menus, beverage programmes, events and evening experiences are executed to the highest level.

This position is ideal for a polished hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front, creating memorable experiences and inspiring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Experience team, setting exceptional service standards.
• Take ownership of all food & beverage experiences, including dining, bar service and special events.
• Develop new dining concepts, beverage programmes and memorable guest experiences.
• Train and mentor the team on service standards, cocktails, wine knowledge and guest engagement.
• Lead pre-arrival planning, including menus, beverage selections, dietary requirements and guest preferences.
• Manage beverage inventory, stock takes and ordering.
• Ensure menus, guest materials and service collateral remain accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate décor, entertainment, table settings and all event-related food & beverage requirements.
• Lead evening operations with a visible and hands-on management style
• Maintain and continuously improve SOPs, service standards and operational procedures.
• Manage departmental inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Work closely with senior management and other operational departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience within luxury hospitality, fine dining, private estates, resorts or superyachts.
• Strong food & beverage background with experience leading guest-facing teams.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Head Steward/Stewardess or similar leadership role.
• Excellent wine knowledge and confidence recommending pairings to guests.
• Strong mixology and cocktail knowledge, with the ability to coach and develop others.
• Proven experience leading teams delivering exceptional luxury service.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Calm, polished and solutions-focused under pressure.
• Previous experience within luxury resorts or private estates is advantageous.
• Confident using Excel and operational systems for inventory, ordering and reporting.

This is a senior leadership position requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as business demands. The successful candidate will enjoy being present during live service, leading by example and creating exceptional guest experiences while working closely with the wider operations team in a collaborative environment.
