GR8_TECH is seeking a dynamic leader to head Casino Operations and Content Specialists, driving efficient provider onboarding, game activations, and configurations. You will coordinate cross‑functional requests, optimize workflows, and uphold SLAs while mentoring a growing team.

The role emphasizes process ownership, internal knowledge management, and adoption of automation and AI to reduce manual work and raise delivery speed. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in casino operations, content management, or game provider integrations within the iGaming industry.
• 1–2+ years of experience in a team lead or management role, including direct people management and workload planning.
• Proven experience optimizing operational processes and improving delivery efficiency, quality, or error rates.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems, Confluence, and basic API testing tools.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, prioritization, and SLA management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Casino Operations and Content Specialists; allocate workload and balance capacity across game releases and provider onboardings.
• Oversee end-to-end operational lifecycle including provider onboarding, game activations, and configurations; ensure SLAs are met.
• Define, document, and improve standardized operational processes for onboarding, releases, and configurations; build and maintain knowledge bases.
• Audit workflows to identify repetitive tasks and implement automation and no-code solutions; drive AI adoption in operations.
