Maia Care, backed by venture builders, is seeking a Head of Engineering to define architecture, stack, and data models. You will drive AI integration and craft a scalable platform from a startup foundation, collaborating closely with the CEO, product team, and health experts.

Join a mission-driven project focused on women’s health, with autonomy to shape engineering culture and rapid product iteration in a hybrid setup based in Barcelona and Madrid.

Formación

• Experience building digital products in startups or 0→1 environments.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical decisions.
• Hands-on coding mindset and problem solving.
• Strong collaboration with product and health experts.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead Maia Care’s technical vision, architecture, stack, and data models.
• Build a secure, scalable platform ready to evolve from MVP to product.
• Apply AI solutions to product development and automation.
• Evaluate technologies, tools, and partnerships with budget awareness.
• Ensure best practices in security, privacy, and maintenance.
