Maia Care ищет опытного инженера полного стека в Барселоне для разработки и поддержки веб‑продукта по уходу за женщинами.

Formación

• 3+ года опыта разработки веб‑продуктов в продакшне и полный цикл разработки.
• Уверенные навыки Python (Django или аналог) и TypeScript.
• Проектирование API и моделирование реляционных/NoSQL БД.
• Опыт облака и CI/CD, желательно GCP, от развёртывания до мониторинга.
• Умение работать с чувствительными данными и соблюдать безопасность.
• Готовность работать в стартап‑среде и в Agile командах.

Responsabilidades

• Разрабатывать функционал продукта от дизайна до развёртывания в проде.
• Разрабатывать и поддерживать бэкенд, API, модели данных, интеграции и бизнес‑логику.
• При необходимости работать над фронтендом на Next.js для связки UX.
• Применять практики безопасности и защиты данных, выявлять риски.
• Интегрировать AI, агентов и автоматизации как ключевые части продукта.
• Участвовать в эволюции архитектуры облака, ревью кода, тестировании и долге.
• Помогать формировать инженерные процессы и стандарты по мере роста команды.

Описание: Maia Care is a digital health startup backed by GCO Ventures and Byld. It helps women manage peri- and menopause symptoms comprehensively through a personalized, evidence-based digital platform.

Задачи

• Develop end-to-end product functionality with the CTO, from technical design through production deployment
• Develop and maintain the back end, including APIs, data models, integrations, and business logic
• Contribute to the Next.js front end when required, ensuring a smooth and coherent user experience
• Apply rigorous security and health data privacy practices, and raise concerns when risks are identified
• Integrate AI, agents, and automations as central parts of the product
• Contribute to cloud architecture evolution, code review, testing, observability, and technical debt reduction
• Help define engineering processes, best practices, and standards as the technology team grows

Требования

• 3+ Years of experience developing web products in production environments, with knowledge of the complete development lifecycle
• Demonstrable Full Stack development experience with strong Python (Django or equivalent) and TypeScript skills
• Experience designing APIs and modeling relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Daily experience with cloud and CI/CD, including deployment, debugging, and monitoring, ideally with GCP
• Care and sound judgment when working with sensitive data
• Comfort working in a startup environment where not everything is defined
• Experience in agile environments with multidisciplinary teams focused on security and development best practices
• Nice to have: Next.js, React.js, JavaScript or Bun, Nest.js, Node.js, Express or similar frameworks, healthtech or femtech experience, experience with health data products, early-stage product development (0→1, MVP or early stage), knowledge of healthcare compliance and privacy, experience integrating AI into products
