MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group seeks a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own the full product stack for an AI-powered healthcare workforce platform. You will work across frontend and backend, shipping secure, scalable web apps while applying AI coding tools daily.

The role is based in Barcelona in a founder-led environment with strong autonomy and collaboration with product, design and operations teams to drive impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript experience and a modern frontend framework (preferably React).
• Backend experience with Java, Kotlin, Python, or Go.
• Strong SQL knowledge for complex workflows.
• Experience in AWS or GCP environments.
• Daily use of AI coding assistants.
• Ability to verify AI-generated code critically.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, deploy, and operate production web applications end to end.
• Work across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, and product workflows.
• Build modern user experiences using TypeScript and React.
• Develop backend services using Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, or related technologies.
• Design robust SQL schemas for complex workflows.
• Deploy and operate applications in AWS or GCP.
• Use AI coding assistants as part of daily development while maintaining QA.
• Collaborate with product, design, operations, and customer teams.
• Own technical outcomes from problem definition to production.
• Build secure and reliable systems handling healthcare data.
