Booksy, a rapidly growing global marketplace for services, seeks a Director of Engineering in the Provider Domain to own the technical strategy and delivery for our platform used by hundreds of thousands of independent businesses daily.

You will lead 4-5 cross‑functional teams through Engineering Managers and Staff+ Engineers in a flat structure, set engineering standards, drive AI transformation, and partner with Product to translate business strategy into engineering roadmaps.

Formación

• Think like a product owner; understand unit economics, funnels and growth mechanics.
• Establish engineering rigor: architecture decisions, technical proposals, standard ways of working.
• Embed AI tooling into the engineering lifecycle; measure impact and code quality.
• Lead multiple squads with Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers in a fast-growing scale-up.
• Must be comfortable with English as the company language.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery across 4-5 cross-functional teams.
• Set engineering standards for the domain and architecture decisions.
• Lead the AI transformation of the engineering lifecycle and define measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Product to translate business strategy into engineering roadmaps.
• Coach leaders to operate autonomously within a flat org structure.
