Ebury’s Developer Experience team seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the Platform & AI initiatives. You will own the Delivery Platform and the AI‑Assisted Developer Platform, guiding architecture and governance while remaining hands-on to unblock complex challenges.

You will hire, mentor, and scale a team of platform engineers, driving delivery speed, reliability, and high-quality tooling. A strong focus on security, observability, and developer autonomy anchors your leadership.

Formación

• Platform background: built or operated an Internal Developer Platform at scale with measurable delivery metrics.
• Demonstrated leadership: managed engineering teams or served as a Tech Lead with hiring and coaching responsibilities.
• Core tech proficiency: deep knowledge of AWS/GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, GitHub Actions, Python, Linux.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Delivery Platform (CI/CD & Infrastructure) as a product with strict SLOs and continuous improvement.
• Build AI‑assisted developer tooling and ensure safe integration of AI into the SDLC.
• Lead and scale the team, hire, coach, and align roadmaps with developer research and metrics.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and core engineering to maintain secure, fast delivery.
