Job summary

MET Retail is seeking an experienced Head of Operations for Switching, Billing & Cash Collection with energy retail experience to lead the build of our AI-enabled operational engine in Spain and beyond. You will own the end-to-end processes from contracting to payment, design scalable workflows, and build the team to operate in a fast-growing European retail energy platform.

You will collaborate across Offering, Growth, Customer Service and Finance, shape the operating model around automation,

Qualifications

• University degree
• At least 5 years of energy retail operations experience
• Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Act as the business reference point for switching, billing, invoicing and cash collection across the Spanish operation
• Design and own end-to-end switching process and data validation
• Define operational interfaces with regulators and DSOs
• Manage customer exits and debt-related switching constraints
• Design the billing cycle end-to-end and cash collection processes
• Lead the operations team and set up AI-enabled processes
