BettingJobs is working with a fast-growing iGaming operator looking to hire a Head of Design to lead and elevate their creative function across multiple brands and platforms.

This is a senior leadership role for someone with a strong background in brand, graphic, and digital design within iGaming, betting, gaming, or entertainment-led brands.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall creative vision, visual identity, and design standards across the product and player experience.
• Elevate the visual layer of the app to create a more premium, collectible, rewarding, and game-like experience.
• Own the design direction for key engagement and monetisation surfaces.
• Establish and maintain a cohesive visual language across product, CRM, marketing, social, VIP, and acquisition channels.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, CRM, and development teams to create engaging player experiences.
• Lead and mentor designers while raising the overall quality bar for creative output.
• Use player behaviour and performance data to optimise engagement, retention, and conversion journeys.
• Benchmark against leading gaming, entertainment, and iGaming brands to continuously improve creative standards and innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior creative leadership role such as Head of Design, Head of Product Design, Head of UX or similar.
• Experience with Mobile Gaming is a must.
• Strong portfolio showcasing premium visual design, gamification systems, digital product experiences, and performance-driven creative.
• Deep understanding of player psychology, engagement loops, loyalty systems, gamification, and retention mechanics.
• Experience creating polished, highly engaging consumer experiences with strong visual appeal and reward-driven design.
• Experience leading and managing design or creative teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within sweepstakes casinos, sportsbook, crypto casino, or related gaming sectors is particularly attractive.
• Familiarity with crypto and Web3 ecosystems is a plus.
