Formación

• Senior creative leadership experience (Head of Design/Head of UX or similar).
• Experience with Mobile Gaming is a must.
• Portfolio showing premium visual design and gamification.
• Understanding of player psychology, engagement loops, retention mechanics.
• Experience leading design teams in fast-paced environments.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, CRM, and development.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the overall creative vision, visual identity, and design standards across the product and player experience.
• Elevate the app visual layer to a premium, game-like experience.
• Own the design direction for engagement and monetisation surfaces.
• Maintain cohesive visual language across product, CRM, marketing, social, VIP, and acquisition.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, CRM, and development to create engaging player experiences.
• Lead and mentor designers while raising quality.
• Use player data to optimise engagement, retention, and conversion journeys.
• Benchmark against leading gaming brands to improve standards.
