Games Factory Talents ?Connecting Talent is seeking a UI/UX Design Lead to steer the UI/UX direction for our mobile games and lead the internal design team. You will own end-to-end UI design from concept to production assets, collaborating with product, engineering and game design to translate ideas into production-ready interfaces.

We value strong mobile UI fundamentals, 3+ years in leadership roles, proficiency in Figma and Photoshop, and fluency in Russian and English.

• Strong UI/UX fundamentals: visual, interaction, information architecture
• Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop; Unity a plus

We're a mobile games company with 7+ years on the market, 10M+ users, and a strong position in the casual mobile games niche. HQ in the EU (Cyprus), with a team distributed across Europe. The company is growing and building out its design leadership — we're hiring a UI/UX Design Lead to own our UI/UX direction and lead the internal design team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the internal UI/UX team
• Own UI/UX design end-to-end for mobile games, from concept to final production assets
• Work closely with product, engineering, and game design to turn concepts into production-ready assets
• Manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Build efficient processes for cross-team collaboration

Requirements

• 3+ years as a UI/UX Design Lead in mobile game development
• Strong UI/UX fundamentals (visual, interaction, information architecture); able to design mobile interfaces from scratch
• Figma and Photoshop required; Unity a plus
• Strong 2D art/illustration and icon design skills
• Good eye for using animation and effects in interfaces
• Fluent in Russian and English
