ARRISE is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of Live Casino products and elevate the ARRISE brand across digital platforms.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Studio, UX/UI, and Development teams to produce premium assets and maintain a pixel-perfect standard in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio.
• 2+ years in Live Casino, iGaming, or related entertainment industry.
• Proven experience delivering digitally released products.
• Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator and Photoshop proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Figma and AI-powered design tools.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent typography, color theory, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Strong illustration or drawing skills.
• Ability to translate business and product requirements into visual solutions.
• Experience working in Agile teams and structured production pipelines.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or related field.
• Fluent English both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creation and execution of premium visual designs for Live Casino games and related digital products.
• Design high-quality visual assets, including logos, icons, backgrounds, patterns, promotional materials, product branding systems, and broadcast-ready graphics.
• Continuously improve and refresh existing products to remain visually engaging and on-trend.
• Translate product vision and business objectives into compelling visual experiences for players.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, Studio, Marketing, Fashion, and Art Direction.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback while maintaining quality.
• Ensure design implementation meets creative expectations.
• Contribute to evolving the visual language, design systems and standards.
• Keep up with industry trends and tools to raise product quality.
• Work efficiently across multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

About The Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our Live Casino products, creating premium designs that captivate players and elevate the ARRISE brand. You will combine creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to produce high‑quality visual assets across multiple digital platforms while collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Studio, Fashion, UX/UI, and Development teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the creation and execution of premium visual designs for Live Casino games and related digital products.
• Design high‑quality visual assets, including logos, icons, backgrounds, patterns, promotional materials, product branding systems, and broadcast‑ready graphics.
• Continuously improve and refresh existing products to ensure they remain visually engaging, competitive, and aligned with current design trends.
• Translate product vision and business objectives into compelling visual experiences that resonate with players.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, Studio team, Marketing, Fashion, and Art Direction throughout the creative process.
• Present creative concepts and design solutions confidently to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining design quality and consistency.
• Ensure design implementation meets creative expectations.
• Contribute to the evolution of the company's visual language, design systems, and creative standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously raise the quality of our products.
• Work efficiently across multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting production deadlines.

What We Ask Of You

• 5+ years of professional Graphic Design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills.
• 2+ years of experience within Live Casino, iGaming, or a similar entertainment industry.
• Experience contributing to commercially released digital products.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma, and AI‑powered design tools.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence.
• Exceptional understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, branding, illustration, and visual storytelling.
• Strong illustration or drawing skills.
• Ability to transform business and product requirements into engaging visual solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing pixel‑perfect designs.
• Comfortable working within Agile teams and structured production pipelines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain and defend design decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and accountable with excellent collaboration skills.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
