Super is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Design team in Madrid. You’ll work in a cross‑functional setting with Engineers and Product Managers to create elegant, data‑driven experiences across web, iOS and Android.

You’ll own end‑to‑end user journeys, contribute to the design system, and advocate for accessible, scalable design solutions while communicating clearly with stakeholders and teammates.

Formación

• Product design portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX skills.
• Strong UI skills and clean visual design.
• Experience designing for web, iOS, and Android.
• Strong UX focus and understanding of human behavior.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Clear planning and strategic thinking, with ability to articulate design decisions.
• Experience defining information architecture and user flows.
• Ability to make data-supported recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal English.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Design team. As part of a cross‑functional team, you'll collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and other team members to deliver functional and creative solutions to complex problems, helping to shape the future of Super.

What The Role Involves

• Work autonomously within a cross‑functional, agile product team to deliver creative solutions with an emphasis on great user experience, balancing customer needs, company goals, design cohesion, and ease of implementation
• Take ownership of the end‑to‑end user journey, encompassing customer research, ideation, prototyping, usability testing, and final interface design
• Proactively gather and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
• Continuously optimise the user experience
• Contribute to the design system

What We Are Looking For

• Product design experience with a portfolio that showcases your skills
• Strong UI skills and a clean visual design sense
• Experience designing for diverse platforms (web, iOS, Android)
• Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviour
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies
• Solid planning and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
• Experience defining information architecture and user flows
• Ability to make data-supported recommendations
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• A willingness to provide and receive constructive feedback, contributing to a healthy and supportive feedback culture
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal English
