Job summary

OPSWAT, Inc. seeks an exceptional product leader to own the vision, strategy, and execution of MetaDefender Cloud, the verdict as an API. You will own the platform business end‑to‑end, from packaging and pricing to marketplace presence and partner ecosystems.

You will lead a team, ensure reliability, compliance, and cost efficiency, and shape go‑to‑market motions across cloud marketplaces and channel partners. This is a hands‑on, business‑owner role with AI‑first thinking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in cloud or SaaS products.
• Experience leading product managers is a strong plus.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms, APIs, and platform engineering.
• Experience with certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PCI DSS.
• Strong business ownership with packaging, pricing, and metering.
• AI-first mindset and applying AI to daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the business: define vision, strategy, and roadmap for MetaDefender Cloud; drive growth, adoption, and commercial outcomes.
• Own reliability as a product: set SLAs, drive high availability, failover, and multi-region resilience from roadmap to contract.
• Own compliance & regulation: maintain ISO 27001, SOC 2, data privacy, and residency posture for regulated buyers.
• Run the platform for stakeholders: treat cloud services as first‑class customers; balance needs with a coherent platform.
• Own pricing & packaging: design and maintain the ladder, packaging, metering, and discount guidance; manage price book realization.
• Drive cost efficiency: own cost per scan and margin story; make efficiency a measurable program.
• Lead platform evolution: manage migrations and retire legacy offerings cleanly.
• Grow marketplaces & distribution: list product on cloud marketplaces; grow channel/ reseller partnerships.
• Build Technology Partners program: enable engine/integration/ developer partners to add detection or data.
• Champion product‑led growth: own self‑serve and paid funnels, inbound and digital motion, and upgrade paths.
• Tailor experiences to personas: cloud architects, platform engineers, and enterprise security leaders in financial services and SaaS.
• Enable the field & measure ROI: support sales enablement and field ROI with KPI tracking.
• Monitor the business: track tier mix, NDR/GDR, realization, and platform performance.
