The Mill Adventure Limited is building a security-focused product and cloud posture. The Senior Security Engineer will own security across code, cloud, pipelines, and corporate estate, working hands-on in a small team.

You will design controls, automate them, and coach engineers on secure practices to scale security across the product. You will engage in threat modelling, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC governance, while applying AI-assisted tooling to stay ahead of evolving threats.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on in a technical security engineering role with real ownership of fixes.
• Ability to design and deliver architectures that go live.
• Judgement across security domains and ability to automate responses.
• Deep AWS security knowledge and Cloudflare experience.
• Proficient coding in production environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD security controls.
• Experience with AI-assisted security tooling.

Responsabilités

• Architect and lead security controls across cloud infrastructure, apps and CI/CD.
• Coach developers on secure design and threat modelling.
• Own vulnerability management and attack surface reduction.
• Tune SAST/DAST/SCA for developer adoption and signal quality.
• Maintain cloud security posture in AWS and Cloudflare.
• Own detection and response end-to-end and incident reviews.
• Define IAM strategy for least-privilege access.
• Test systems with offensive techniques to verify controls.
• Leverage AI tools to scale security efforts.
• Automate repetitive tasks and build security tooling.
• Drive proactive security improvements with concrete PRs.
