Jobgether in Spain seeks a Senior BI Analyst / Power BI Lead to shape a scalable analytics environment with Power BI at its core. You will balance hands-on development with governance, collaborating with data engineers, application teams, and business stakeholders.

You'll turn complex datasets into dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, and actionable insights, define reporting standards, and guide analytics across multiple functions in an international setting.

Formación

• Strong professional experience in Business Intelligence and analytics.
• Advanced hands-on Power BI expertise (DAX, Power Query, workspace/app admin, semantic modelling).
• Strong SQL skills with relational datasets.
• Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders.
• Experience leading or mentoring BI analysts is a plus.
• English level B2–C1.

Responsabilidades

• Design and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
• Translate business needs into technical reporting specifications.
• Collaborate with data engineers and application teams across BI delivery lifecycle.
• Define and standardise KPIs and business definitions.
• Ensure data quality and governance across reports.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
