Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing systems for agent engagement and retention, utilizing strong analytical skills with tools like Excel and SQL. Fluency in English is required, and the role emphasizes a data-driven approach to improve agent success and productivity.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, or Consulting roles.
• Strong analytical capabilities, proficient in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools.
• Experience with large datasets for strategic decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the company's agent retention strategy.
• Build and scale data infrastructure for lifecycle performance.
• Identify key drivers of churn through cohort analysis.
