Huspy is seeking a proactive Product Ops professional to join our team in Valencia. You will support the Product group by driving a high-impact roadmap, while building scalable processes that sustain rapid growth and improve operational efficiency.

You will identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey, collaborate with product teams, and manage key vendor relations to measure and optimize performance.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end.
• Ability to break complex problems into smaller, manageable parts.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Product Teams to define and execute on a high-impact roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Build and optimize scalable processes that support Huspy’s hyper-growth and operational efficiency.
• Identify key product, operational, and growth opportunities to drive innovation and improvement.
• Search for new features and improvements to enhance the customer experience and ensure seamless product journeys.
• Manage critical vendor relationships and develop performance tracking systems to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
