Formación

• Significant senior experience in global People and Culture transformation.
• Experience translating business strategy into integrated roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise HCM systems and HR technology transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Set EDx strategy and direction across the transformation portfolio.
• Lead portfolio governance, demand-intake and prioritization.
• Shape transformation and operating-model design to connect business and technology decisions.
• Govern transformation delivery and enterprise interlocks across programs.
• Own value realization and ensure adoption and realized benefits.
