NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Strategy & Transformation Consulting Manager to lead complex engagements in Madrid within our Industry practice. You will guide strategy, performance improvement, and digital transformation initiatives, collaborating with senior clients across consumer goods, manufacturing, life sciences, mobility and real estate.

You will manage workstreams, build structured analyses, and present actionable recommendations.

Formación

• At least five years of experience in strategy consulting or business transformation.
• Postgraduate education valued.
• Experience leading workstreams or projects from problem definition to final recommendations.
• Ability to present complex ideas to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the planning and delivery of consulting engagements, defining objectives, workstreams, resources, timelines and governance.
• Turn complex business challenges into structured approaches, robust analyses and clear recommendations.
• Lead client conversations, workshops and executive presentations, ensuring that decisions and next steps remain actionable.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, creating clarity around responsibilities, priorities and expected outcomes.
• Oversee diagnostics, analyses and deliverables, challenging the work when necessary and ensuring consistency across workstreams.
• Anticipate project risks, manage dependencies and make informed decisions when priorities change.
• Build a strong understanding of each client’s business and sector to develop solutions that respond to their specific context.
• Lead and contribute to commercial proposals, helping shape the approach, value proposition and delivery model.
