NTT DATA is seeking the Head, Strategy, Portfolio, & Value Realization, Employee Digital Experience to lead the EDx transformation portfolio. The role sets the strategic direction and ensures alignment with People and Culture and the wider business.

You will translate priorities into a clear transformation agenda, define an integrated roadmap, investment choices, and measurable outcomes. You will coordinate product, data, experience, change, technology and delivery teams to realize value.

Formación

• Deep and extensive experience of enterprise HCM systems is essential.
• Ability to translate enterprise priorities into a clear transformation agenda, design principles and a multi-year direction.

Responsabilidades

• Set EDx strategy and direction.
• Define the transformation thesis, strategic outcomes and investment pathways across the portfolio.
