LOEWE is seeking a Hardware Industrialization Specialist to drive end-to-end industrialization of new hardware components from design validation through series production.

You will balance aesthetics, timelines, cost efficiency, and reliability while coordinating with Design, suppliers, and quality teams. The role requires 3–4 years’ experience in leather goods hardware, a relevant engineering degree, and strong negotiation skills.

Formación

• 3–4 years' experience in a similar role handling development and/or purchasing for leather goods.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Materials Engineering.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation (plus).
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with AI tools and various ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Centric PLM software is a plus.
• English proficiency C1/C2; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Europe and Asia.

Responsabilidades

As Hardware Industrialization Specialist, you will drive the end-to-end industrialization of new hardware components from design validation through series production, ensuring optimal balance between aesthetic excellence, strict timelines, cost efficiency, and technical reliability.

Job responsibilities

• Drive time-to-production targets and manage launch schedules
• Review and validate aesthetics with Design in alignment with industrialization constraints
• Manage testing processes (request, follow-up, and validation) alongside suppliers and quality teams
• Conduct price negotiations, capacity analysis, and tooling/mould investments for production
• Optimize manufacturing methods for each launch to drive cost improvements
• Oversee pre-series control, final approvals, master management, and PLM documentation
• Ensure system price updates and manage production risk analysis
• Provide technical expertise for root cause analysis and quality issue resolution
• Define, improve, and deploy technical standards across projects
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and countertyping analysis
• Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, staying abreast of new technologies, laboratories, and manufacturing advancements

Profile

• 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role managing development and/or purchasing for leather goods accessories, jewelry, or trimmings
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Materials Engineering
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), familiarity with AI tools, and fluency in various ERP systems
• Knowledge of PLM (Centric) software is a plus
• English proficiency (C1 or C2) is mandatory; French, Chinese, or Italian is a plus
• Flexibility to travel to Europe and Asia
