Hardware Industrialization Lead for Luxury Goods

LOEWE is seeking a Hardware Industrialization Specialist to drive end-to-end industrialization of new hardware components from design validation through series production.

You will balance aesthetics, timelines, cost efficiency, and reliability while coordinating with Design, suppliers, and quality teams. The role requires 3–4 years’ experience in leather goods hardware, a relevant engineering degree, and strong negotiation skills.

Formación

• 3–4 years' experience in a similar role handling development and/or purchasing for leather goods.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Materials Engineering.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation (plus).
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with AI tools and various ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Centric PLM software is a plus.
• English proficiency C1/C2; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Europe and Asia.

Responsabilidades

• Drive time-to-production targets and manage launch schedules.
• Review aesthetics with Design within industrialization constraints.
• Oversee testing with suppliers and quality teams.
• Negotiate prices, analyze capacity, and invest in tooling.
• Optimize manufacturing methods to reduce costs.
• Oversee pre-series control and PLM documentation.
• Update system prices and manage production risk.
• Provide technical root-cause analysis for quality issues.
• Define and deploy technical standards across projects.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage with industry experts and monitor new technologies.
