Baseline Fitness seeks a proactive Team Lead to oversee gym operations and elevate member experiences. You will assist in staff training, manage front desk duties, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain high service standards and support the Club Manager.

You will guide team members, uphold policies, and help coordinate marketing and maintenance activities to keep the club welcoming and efficient.

Formación

• Customer service excellence and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience assisting with front desk operations and member inquiries.
• Ability to train and develop staff; oversee service quality.
• Experience supporting team management and backup coverage for a supervisor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to resolve issues diplomatically.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in training and developing staff to ensure quality service.
• Assist in member service oversight to maintain great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls, take info calls, assist check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, update member info, give gym tours.
• Support Club Manager with team management and site operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive club image.
• Assist in supervising cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Help coordinate marketing efforts and ensure staff are informed of promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies and inventory tracking as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving to exceed customer expectations.
