Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet potential members, drive new member sales, and deliver a superior experience for members, prospective members, and guests.

This role involves front desk duties, answering calls, guiding tours, helping with check-ins and sign-ups, and routing questions to the Club Manager. The position supports a clean, welcoming club and teamwork in the Judgement Free Zone.

Formación

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks and answer phone calls politely.
• Take info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
