David Lloyd Clubs is seeking an Activities Manager to lead and manage operations across Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families within our club. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, ensuring the smooth, safe, and high-quality delivery of all services to members.

You will recruit, train and empower your team to deliver outstanding service, while fostering an inclusive culture where staff thrive and members enjoy a premium experience.

Formación

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility.
• Experience leading a variety of functions across departments with varying challenges and goals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in financial planning and management.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

As Activities Manager you will lead and manage an efficient operation of all activities that take place in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families Departments within your DL Club. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the efficient operation for the entire club.

About you:

As Activities Manager, we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).

• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.

• Overall great communication and collaboration skills

• Experience of financial planning and management.

• A passion about customer service.
