Son Manera Retreat Finca on the outskirts of Montuiri, Mallorca, is seeking a versatile All-Rounder for service, guest care and cleaning. The role includes preparing breakfast, managing beverages, dinner service, check-in/out procedures and guest inquiries; you will also advise on local activities and wellness experiences.

We value a warm, well-groomed, and humorous demeanor, with English and Spanish proficiency.

Formación

• Experience in gastronomy, hospitality, or customer service.
• Comfortable with administrative tasks and hands-on guest service.
• Interest in holistic lifestyle topics such as yoga, wellness and healthy nutrition.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and present breakfast buffet, manage beverage service, clear tables and wash dishes.
• Attend to evening table service, drink orders, clearing and guest inquiries.
• Handle guest check-in/check-out and related billing/administrative routines.
• Advise guests on local activities, arrange massages, bike rentals and excursion tips.
• Maintain high cleanliness and order across dining and finca facilities.
