Son Manera Retreat Finca on the outskirts of Montuiri, Mallorca, is seeking a versatile All-Rounder for service, guest care and cleaning. The role includes preparing breakfast, managing beverages, dinner service, check-in/out procedures and guest inquiries; you will also advise on local activities and wellness experiences.

We value a warm, well-groomed, and humorous demeanor, with English and Spanish proficiency.

• Attend to evening table service, drink orders, clearing and guest inquiries.
• Handle guest check-in/check-out and related billing/administrative routines.
• Advise guests on local activities, arrange massages, bike rentals and excursion tips.
• Maintain high cleanliness and order across dining and finca facilities.

Son Manera Retreat Finca, located on the outskirts of Montuiri just 30 minutes from Palma, Mallorca, is looking for a versatile All-Rounder for service, guest care, and cleaning. Our peaceful 25-room finca specializes in yoga, meditation, and seminar holidays, offering an inspiring environment where team spirit and independence go hand in hand.

In this dynamic role, you will ensure a seamless experience for guests throughout the day:

• Prepare and present the morning breakfast buffet, manage beverage service, clear tables, and take care of dishwashing.
• Handle evening table service, drink orders, dish clearing, and attend to guest inquiries.
• Carry out guest check-in and check-out procedures, including accurate billing and administrative routines.
• Advise guests on local island activities, arranging massage appointments, bicycle rentals, and excursion tips.
• Maintain high standards across dining areas, cleaning duties, and general finca facilities.

What you bring to the team:

• Practical background and experience in gastronomy, hospitality, or customer service.
• A well-groomed appearance paired with a warm, open-minded, and humorous demeanor.
• Reliable, organized working style with confidence in managing administrative tasks alongside hands-on guest service.
• An affinity for holistic lifestyle topics, including yoga, wellness, and healthy nutrition.
• Confident communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Your current primary residence is already located on Mallorca.

This position offers a secure, year-round role on a 5-day week basis with 30 to 35 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled either in the morning or evening (ranging from 07:30 to a maximum of 22:00), allowing for predictable planning in a small, dedicated retreat team. The starting date is immediate.
