Son Manera Retreat Finca on Mallorca invites an allrounder to join a small, dedicated team for service, guest relations and housekeeping. This year‑round, part‑time role offers 30–35 hours weekly across morning and evening shifts from 07:30 to 22:00, with immediate start.

You bring gastronomy or hotel sector experience, confident English and Spanish, and a neat, professional appearance. A Mallorca residence is required, and an interest in yoga or holistic living is a great fit for our retreat

Formación

• Experience in gastronomy or hotel sector.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Professional appearance with friendly personality.
• Ability to work under pressure balancing administrative tasks and front‑of‑house care.
• Interest in yoga/holistic living is a plus.
• Resides on Mallorca.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the morning breakfast buffet from setup to service and清 dishes.
• Handle dinner shifts including setting, beverage service, guest assistance and post‑service cleaning.
• Greet guests during check‑in and manage check‑out including billing.
• Provide full concierge support for massages, bike rentals and island excursions.
• Box daily cleaning tasks and perform behind‑the‑scenes admin duties.
